π― Your mission:
π Review content and user accounts to ensure compliance with community guidelines
π‘οΈ Enforce platform policies while maintaining user safety
βοΈ Maintain consistent quality in moderation decisions
π Apply rules objectively and in accordance with platform standards
β What you bring:
π£ Native or fluent Turkish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
β‘ Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
π§ High emotional intelligence and patience for challenging interactions
π Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment
πͺ Resilient mindset with the ability to separate personal views from professional duties
π Motivated and positive attitude
