UI/UX Designer

Amega Group is a growing fintech company seeking to hire a hands-on UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. You will play a key role in designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for our mobile and web platforms, making sure they are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-focused. Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Craft Intuitive Interfaces: Design visually appealing and highly usable interfaces for both mobile and web platforms, emphasizing user flows, interactions, and visual hierarchy

• Drive User Experience: Advocate for the user throughout the design process by developing and improving user journeys, streamlining navigation, and enhancing overall usability for a seamless customer experience

• Hands-on Prototyping: Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts and user flows. Actively gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate based on the insights obtained

• Apply User Research: Convert insights from user research, usability tests, and A/B testing into actionable design improvements. Involve yourself in analyzing data and incorporating feedback into the iterative design process

• Maintain Brand Consistency: Define and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in color schemes, typography, and visual elements across the entire platform

• Ensure Mobile Responsiveness: Create and implement UI/UX solutions that are fully mobile-responsive, ensuring optimal experiences across various devices and screen sizes

• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers throughout the product lifecycle to understand requirements, align design solutions with business goals, and confirm technical feasibility. Effectively present and explain design decisions and recommendations to the broader organization

• Create Digital Assets: Design engaging graphics, banners, and promotional materials for our platform and marketing campaigns, contributing directly to our brand's visual identity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on consumer-facing mobile and web applications

• Proven experience in the B2C sector, with a strong preference for candidates with fintech experience

• Solid understanding of content design principles and how they impact user experience

• Demonstrated ability to test and iterate designs through usability studies and early-stage UX research

• Expert proficiency in modern design systems, prototyping software, and design tools, with a strong preference for Figma

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills enable you to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Demonstrates an adaptive and flexible mindset, capable of adjusting design approaches based on new data or shifting priorities

• Familiarity with the Atlassian software suite (Jira & Confluence) is a plus. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Russian is desirable

• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your design expertise and problem-solving skills is required
