💼 The Role: Care Supervisor

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of care we are known for, while also providing support and guidance to our incredible team of care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

💙 Team Leadership: Mentor and support care staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery
💙 Customer Reviews & Quality Control: Conduct assessments, spot checks, and customer reviews to maintain care excellence
💙 Customer Relations: Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries with empathy and professionalism
💙 Operational Support: Assist with training, rota planning, and ensuring compliance with care standards
💙 Record Keeping: Accurately update electronic care management systems

✅ What We’re Looking For

💙 Experience: Minimum 3 years in care, ideally with supervisory or senior-level experience
💙 Leadership: Confident in managing and supporting a care team
💙 Skills: Strong IT proficiency and excellent customer service skills
💙 Flexibility: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
💙 Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
