Your Tasks
- 🔍 Review and tag videos from a popular social media platform based on set guidelines
- 🧠 Make quick and accurate decisions about content
- 📞 Support users via phone, email, chat, and social media
- 🙌 Assist merchants with questions about products and services
- 💡 Share ideas to improve customer experience
- 🤝 Collaborate with other teams like Sales and Marketing
What We’re Looking For
- 🌐Proficiency in Italian
- 🗣️ English level B2/C1 – You’ll need to write reports and understand team communication
- 😌 Calm under pressure – You’re quick, confident, and comfortable with repetitive work
- 📈 Motivated to grow – This project is expanding fast!
