About the position
Job Title: Operations Manager - Cafe
Our Group is a leading conglomerate with diverse business interests in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With a strong presence in industries such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, and trading, the company has established itself as a major player in the region.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficiency, and effectiveness in all aspects of the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Assess and manage risk factors in operations and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all operational activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, Cafe preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
