Salesperson - Polyethylene Foam - AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD

About the position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson with a strong background in Polyethylene (PE) Foam to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in the PE Foam industry, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Polyethylene Foam market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to address customer needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Polyethylene Foam industry.
  • Strong understanding of Polyethylene Foam products, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
