About the position

Qualifications and Experience:

o bachelor’s degree/higher diploma in Graphic Design.

o good working knowledge of Adobe Suite programs and OS X.

o Ability to modify, polish, and finalize designs for production.

o Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Skills:

o Strong attention to detail with keen knowledge of color theory and good computer skills

o Excellent in time management skills

o Very good communication skills in order to handle different situation regarding clients, colleagues or superiors


Job Description:

o Finalizer focuses on finalizing print files and artworks for all the jobs assigned having direct contact with the supervisors, creative leads , printers and production manager

o Requires all files to pass through him so that they can be checked and ready 100% before sending them to the printing houses with utmost care and concentration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Supporting the Graphic Designers o Understanding and following our regular Client’s Brand guidelines

o Understanding production specifications, and requesting missing information when needed

o Ensuring approved files are ready before releasing to Account Handlers

o Polishing approved creative designs

o Finalizing and Outputting approved artwork to defined specifications

o Keeping computer files organized and updated for easy retrieval

o Provide daily reports to supervisor on progress of ongoing projects

o Working according to established policies and procedures

o Contributing to a healthy, inclusive work atmosphere
