Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our hotel sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build relationships and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
