Accounting Lead - Grand Technology

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 6 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least [2] years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian tax laws (specified based on the office).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
