Your Mission as the Head of Management

The Head of Management will lead the development and advancement of cutting-edge academic programs in business and management education. This role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial academic leader who can foster innovation in teaching, champion applied learning, and strengthen industry partnerships. The dean will play a key role in preparing students to become agile leaders, critical thinkers, and global decision-makers across various sectors.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as the Head of Management:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs.
• Lead curriculum development and reform, ensuring alignment with modern business practices, leadership strategies, and digital transformation.
• Foster faculty excellence by supporting research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and pedagogical innovation.
• Develop strategic alliances with industry partners, startups, government entities, and global institutions to enrich student learning and placement opportunities.
• Manage the college’s budget, faculty recruitment, and resource planning to ensure efficient operations.
• Promote the integration of ethical leadership, sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking into business education.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards and accreditation requirements.
• Represent the university at business forums, academic conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as the Head of Management:

• A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in academia or business.
• Deep knowledge of strategic management, innovation, organizational behavior, and global business trends.
• Experience in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and faculty mentoring.
• Proven ability to build partnerships across academic and corporate sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
• A commitment to student-centered learning, industry relevance, and academic integrity.

Additional Information:

• Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm.
  
• Location: Tripoli.
