About the position
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process from conception to completion, including conceptualization, planning, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet the client's needs and budget.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and expertise.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
