Your Role: Software Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our forward-thinking R&D team. You’ll design and build advanced software solutions that power our safety products—solutions that make a real difference in the world.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable software designs
- Architect and implement software for new and existing safety products
- Analyze system requirements and propose effective technical solutions
- Maintain high standards of code quality through documentation, testing, and code reviews
- Define software specifications and lead deployment efforts
- Continuously improve system performance, usability, and maintainability
- Ensure data security best practices are embedded in every solution
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Proficiency in C#, Java, or equivalent languages for both back-end and front-end development
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and modern software architecture
- Familiarity with engineering best practices—version control, automated testing, CI/CD, etc.
- Experience in leading software development efforts and working across the full SDLC
- Bonus: Experience with distributed systems, scalability, or high-throughput environments
