About the position
Vision Source is seeking a highly organised and motivated Human Resource Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. The Human Resource Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for human resources.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
* Supporting the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
* Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, managing HRIS data, and handling employee queries.
* Assisting with performance management processes, including performance reviews and talent development initiatives.
* Contributing to employee engagement activities and fostering a positive work environment.
* Supporting the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
* Prepare payroll and monitor cost.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
