Your Mission as QAQC Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector

As an E&I Inspector, your core mission is to ensure the compliance, quality, and timely inspection of Electrical and Instrumentation works at the project site. You will play a pivotal role in aligning field execution with the Project Quality Plan, contributing to successful project delivery within quality, cost, and schedule benchmarks.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as QAQC Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector

• Review E&I construction documents ensuring quality requirements are correctly captured and executable.
  
• Evaluate and control method statements for E&I works.
  
• Support construction teams with quality technical clarifications.
  
• Review contractor deliverables like ITPs and quality procedures prior to execution.
  
• Perform stage and final inspections, report results, and manage NCR processes.
  
• Coordinate closely with clients for witness inspections and ensure contractor NCR disposal.
  
• Conduct system-wise ITR inspections and record punch items.
  
• Witness qualification tests (e.g., gland termination, mockups) and prepare detailed reports.
  
• Participate in FAT/SAT inspections for E&I packages.
  
• Validate all contractor documents related to inspections, tests, and controls.
  
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC procedures.
  
• Document and report NCRs, lessons learned, and audit results in QUEST/InTouch systems.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as QAQC Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector

• Minimum 8 years in quality inspection within engineering/EPCC or Oil & Gas industry.
  
• Technical Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  
• Proven experience with systems like LV/HV Houses, Switchgears, Transformers, PAGA, EDG, etc.
  
• Valid CompEx or IECEx certification is mandatory.
  
• ISO 9001 audit experience highly preferred.
  
• Familiarity with supplier package quality execution and documentation.
  
• Strong command of quality tools, NCR systems, and inspection templates.

• Working Days & Hours: Rotation (6x3).
  
• Location: South of Sirt - Libya.
