About the position
A respected Boys' School in Westminster seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher (Male) to join our PE department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire boys to develop a lifelong love of sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyles.

* Deliver engaging and dynamic Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level PE, covering a variety of sports, fitness activities, and health education.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that promote skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness, ensuring boys develop a strong foundation in sports and healthy lifestyles.
* Coach school sports teams, organize and manage sporting events, and provide opportunities for boys to compete at various levels.
* Assess student progress in physical activities, fitness assessments, and theoretical work, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
* **Ideal Candidate:**
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physical Education, demonstrating a deep understanding of sports coaching, fitness training, and health education.
* Extensive experience teaching Physical Education at the secondary level, with a proven track record of engaging boys in sports and promoting their physical development.
* Strong coaching skills in various sports, including team sports, individual sports, and athletic training.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate boys from diverse backgrounds.
* A passion for sports and fitness and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles and positive values.
