A passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher is required for a progressive secondary school in Swindon. This opportunity is perfect for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to gain experience in a nurturing and inclusive environment. • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to support students with a wide range of SEN.
• Collaborate with the SENCO to implement IEPs and review student progress.
• Provide individualized support, both in and out of the classroom, to help students achieve their potential.
• Assist with the development and delivery of interventions for students requiring additional support.

• A qualified teacher with QTS (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and student-centered teaching.
• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic, patient approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
