About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day online sales operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate reporting, and efficient account management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing online sales performance by coordinating with internal teams, managing customer accounts, and maintaining operational excellence.
Job Description:
- Manage online orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouses and couriers to oversee order dispatch and tracking.
- Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Manage e-commerce accounts such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Instagram.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with performance insights.
- Handle customer inquiries, refunds, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns.
- Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements to boost performance.
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and operations.
Responsibilites:
- Experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Familiarity with online platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or other local e-commerce websites.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
