Weβre looking for enthusiastic Outbound Client Advisors to join our happy and driven team in Sofia. Youβll help clients switch to green energy solutions, with a smile π
πΌ Your role
As an Outbound Advisor, you'll be:
- π Contacting potential customers by phone β both cold & warm leads
- π¬ Making a great first impression in the first 20 seconds
- π± Promoting green energy and its benefits
- βοΈ Guiding clients to sign contracts digitally
- π‘ Encouraging e-billing, direct debit, and boiler maintenance
- π Creating your own mini-database via referrals (yes β you're in charge!)
- πͺ 30% of your success will come from opportunities you create yourself β we love go-getters!
π€ What weβre looking for
- π£οΈ Dutch at native level, English for internal communication
- π― Experience in sales (contact center or face-to-face)
- π₯οΈ Basic PC and CRM system skills
- π Youβre persuasive, resilient, self-confident, and love talking to people
- π§ Strong communicator with a cheerful chat style
- π₯ Full commitment and high energy
