About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, following the national curriculum and school schemes of work.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, utilizing a variety of teaching resources and strategies.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide their learning.
- Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment within the mathematics classroom.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics.
- A good understanding of the secondary mathematics curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A passion for making mathematics accessible and enjoyable for all learners.
