About the position
The Recruitment Services team | Kariera Group is looking for a Sales Engineer Consultant on behalf of Alumil S.A. – one of the most advanced companies in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems worldwide
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and potential clients to increase sales through new projects.
- Schedule regular visits in coordination with architectural firms, technical companies, public entities, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in projects.
- Identify and promote new or ongoing projects for the group’s products.
- Stay up to date with the company’s technical systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively achieve project acquisition targets.
- Provide technical support to private and public project designers (e.g., with detailed drawings, technical descriptions, thermal permeability calculations, static pre-checks, etc.).
- Monitor competitors’ technical solutions and inform the R&D department.
- Participate in company conferences and exhibitions.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Degree in Engineering (AEI/TEI) or related field.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business.
