About the position
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement BIM execution plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout project lifecycles to integrate BIM processes
* Utilize advanced BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo, to create detailed 3D models and generate project documentation
* Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential issues before construction
* Conduct BIM training and provide technical support to team members and project stakeholders
* Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and best practices, and explore innovative applications within the organization
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in BIM implementation and management
* Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo
* Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
