Salary: £28,000 + Wide Range of Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 16:30pm

What We’re Looking For
- A Senior Care Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in the care sector
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator
- A QCF in Health & Social Care & Social Care Wales registration (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
- Ability to thrive under pressure & stay organised
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling & matching Healthcare Assistants to customers
- Ensuring seamless care delivery, making sure every shift is covered
- Handling new referrals & processing changes to care needs
- Liaising with the office team to maintain records & reports
- Supporting our care team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed
- Participating in the on-call rota (one day a week and one in 4 weekends)
