Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing iGaming and sportsbook brands, handling team performance, driving operational improvements, and building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a proven track record in brand growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned iGaming accounts to ensure high engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, offering support, insights, and strategic direction
  • Analyze account performance data including deposits, withdrawals, and player activity to drive optimization
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Support, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
  • Track team performance, implement incentive structures, and monitor KPIs
  • Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies
  • Support the onboarding and training of team members
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve
  • Negotiate and renew contracts as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in iGaming, with a strong understanding of sportsbook operations
  • Previous experience managing iGaming brands and leading teams
  • Familiarity with operational processes, reporting systems, and compliance requirements
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English; Hindi is required. Other regional languages are a plus

Work Culture & Lifestyle Requirements:

  • No smoking or drinking permitted
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if required
  • Open to relocation to Dubai or other company-specified locations
  • Company will provide food, accommodation, and define all contract terms
