Your Role
Were looking for dedicated professionals to join our Client Success Teamindividuals who will serve as knowledgeable, trusted points of contact for clients on all things capital markets. Because even in a digital world, real human connection matters.
What Youll Be Doing

Providing friendly, helpful support to clients and prospects via phone, email, or chat

Collaborating with internal teams and partners to quickly resolve complex questions

Taking ownership of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty

Expanding your knowledge of financial topics through training and personal growth

Identifying customer feedback opportunities to improve products and internal processes

Working closely with teams across Product, Capital Markets, Sales, and Operations
What You Bring to the Team

Excellent command of German and strong communication skills in English

A completed bachelors or masters degree (ideally in finance), or relevant banking qualifications

A genuine interest in capital markets and digital financial solutions

A friendly, proactive, and customer-focused approach

The ability to work precisely and calmly under pressure
