About the position

About the Role:
Own the full product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the product meets market demands and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and post-release support.

  • Write clear PRDs, maintain a prioritized backlog, and coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Conduct client interviews and gather feedback to improve the product.

  • Analyze product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn) and iterate accordingly.

  • Support sales and account teams with product expertise and onboarding.

  • Present product updates and demos to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal English.

  • Proven track record delivering high-quality features with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with trading platforms, payment systems, or brokerage operations (FX/Crypto).

  • Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and client onboarding flows.

  • Experience scaling a product from MVP to enterprise-level.

  • Familiarity with API integrations.

  • Russian proficiency is a plus.

  • Time tracking required.

  • Working time zone: GMT+4 (±1 hour).
