QHSE & Sustainability Intern

About the position
We are looking for a recent graduate to join our QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) and Sustainability department for an internship who will carry out a training project focusing on the following activities:
- Support in the management and monitoring of quality, safety and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Monitoring and risk assessment: Support in the creation and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), with particular attention to the specific risks related to production processes.
- Equipment control: Periodic check of the safety status of machines and systems, in compliance with current regulations (e.g. preventive and corrective maintenance).
- Training and awareness: Collaboration in organizing training courses for employees on topics such as the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency management and operational safety procedures.
- Emergency management: Support in planning and simulating evacuation drills and emergency management, ensuring that the plans are updated and adapted to the specificities of the production site systems.
- Non-conformity management: Support in identifying and resolving any non-conformities that emerge during audits or inspections, with the aim of continuously improving processes.
- Monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs): Collection and analysis of data relating to incidents, accidents and near-accidents, to identify trends and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Management, Chemical Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Interest in issues related to sustainability and QHSE management.
- Good knowledge of the English language (B2)
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (C2)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Motivation to grow and enrich one's professionalism as well as proactivity, team spirit and results orientation.

- monthly salary 700 € + meal voucher 8 € + transport allowance if living more than 15 km from the workplace
