As part of their continued expansion in Southeast Asia, they are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth in Thailand. Languages: Thai (C1) or other regional language, English (C1)
Compensation: Excellent remuneration based on experience & performance
🧩 Responsibilities:
🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships
🔍 Identify and pursue new business opportunities
📈 Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
📊 Negotiate and close deals with retail and institutional clients
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth goals
🔎 Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends
💡 Provide insights to enhance competitive positioning
✅ Requirements:
🇹🇭 Fluent in Thai (C1) or another regional language, and English (C1)
📁 Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
📚 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
📊 Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD products
📞 Proven success in business development and meeting targets
🤝 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
🚀 Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
