🚀 Responsibilities:
📈 Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue
🤝 Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
🧠 Identify new business opportunities using market insights and professional networks
📊 Execute strategic plans to grow the company’s client base and brand awareness
🤝 Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to boost client engagement
📍 Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry and competitor trends
✈️ Travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events
🧠 Requirements:
✅ Native/fluent in Malay (C1) and fluent in English (minimum B2)
💼 3+ years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally in financial services, fintech, or trading
📚 Sound knowledge of financial markets (Forex, equities, or related)
🗣️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
🎯 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✈️ Willingness to travel when required for business needs
