About the position
Join an award-winning, multi-licensed broker offering online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices. We're looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager fluent in Filipino and Chinese, with a strong background in Forex sales and an existing client portfolio.
Location: Remote, Philippines
Employment Type: Service Agreement
Industry: Online Trading / Financial Services
Languages: Filipino (C1), Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin/Hokkien), English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based earnings
🚀 Responsibilities:
🤝 Build and maintain long-term client relationships
📈 Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
💼 Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
🧠 Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic planning
📊 Collaborate across departments to enhance business development initiatives
🔍 Monitor competitor activity and market trends
🧠 Requirements:
✅ Fluent in Filipino (C1) and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin or Hokkien)
✅ Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
📓 Minimum 3–4 years' experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
📊 Strong knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading
🏆 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
🎯 Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
🎓 Degree in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)
