As part of their continued expansion in Southeast Asia, they are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth in Thailand. Location: Remote, Thailand
Work Model: Fully Remote

Languages: Thai (C1) or other regional language, English (C1)
Compensation: Excellent remuneration based on experience & performance
𧩠Responsibilities:
π€ Build and maintain strong client relationships
π Identify and pursue new business opportunities
π Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
π Negotiate and close deals with retail and institutional clients
π€ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth goals
π Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends
π‘ Provide insights to enhance competitive positioning

Requirements:
πΉπ Fluent in Thai (C1) or another regional language, and English (C1)
π Minimum 3β4 years of experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
π Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
π Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD products
π Proven success in business development and meeting targets
π€ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
π Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
