About the position
Join an award-winning, multi-licensed broker offering online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices. We're looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager fluent in Filipino and Chinese, with a strong background in Forex sales and an existing client portfolio.
Location: Remote, Philippines
Employment Type: Service Agreement
Industry: Online Trading / Financial Services
Languages: Filipino (C1), Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin/Hokkien), English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based earnings
๐ Responsibilities:
๐ค Build and maintain long-term client relationships
๐ Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
๐ผ Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
๐ง Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic planning
๐ Collaborate across departments to enhance business development initiatives
๐ Monitor competitor activity and market trends
๐ง Requirements:
โ
Fluent in Filipino (C1) and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin or Hokkien)
โ
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
๐ Minimum 3โ4 years' experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
๐ Strong knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading
๐ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
๐ฌ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
๐ฏ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
๐ Degree in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)
