About the position
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of construction, interior fit-out, and renovation projects across Kins properties.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality or commercial real estate projects preferred.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with CAD, SketchUp, or other project tools.
