Vital Virtuals is a leading provider of remote healthcare support services. As we expand, we seek a skilled Remote Medical/Dental Scribe, proficient in English (C1 or above) to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Medical/Dental Scribe or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.
- Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe physician-patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Document medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and other clinical information in electronic medical records (EMRs) or other designated formats.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Review and edit transcribed reports for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and communicating with patients as needed.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and industry trends to ensure accurate documentation.
