Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Hourly Pay: $18 - $22/hour

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers
- Assist customers with order tracking, account details, or general support inquiries
- Follow clear scripts and procedures to provide consistent and accurate support
- Log all customer interactions, updating customer records and ensuring follow-up when necessary
- Work closely with your team to resolve more complex issues and share helpful insights
- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions, providing an excellent customer experience
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new software and tools
Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Previous experience in retail, call centers, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn, with training provided
