Role Overview
Working with existing clients, as a Senior OTC Trader , you should provide excellent customer service, maintain the image and vision of the organization, and achieve the revenue goals of the company. An outstanding trading operations manager should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Top candidates are clear communicators who are highly self-motivated; eager to collaborate, exchange knowledge and apply new skills to proactively seek out weaknesses in the environment.

Requirements:
- 3 years experience working in B2B technology or financial services relationship management
- Have to have an entrepreneurial mind
- Able to communicate cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Support, Compliance and Others.
- A proactive results-driven person
- Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/ objectives from superiors
- Able to help with day to day operations for their manager
- Time-management and organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue with previously established relationships with institutional clients;
- Execute trades in close collaboration with others;
- Keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely record keeping processes are followed
- Adhere to all risk management policies and processes including financial exposure limits and compliance requirements
