About the position
We are Aida Recruitment technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search. For our client, we are looking for a Senior IT Program Manager.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement program strategies aligned with company objectives.

Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across multiple IT projects.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Serve as the key contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to program success.
-
Allocate resources effectively and oversee project budgets.
-
Track program progress and report KPIs to leadership.
-
Facilitate smooth change management and adoption of new processes or technologies.

Continuously improve internal project management practices.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience in IT project or program management.
-
Proven success in leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
-
Deep understanding of Agile, Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks.
-
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
-
Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous hands-on experience in an engineering/technical role.
-
PMP certification.
-
Background in e-commerce environments.
-
Experience working with third-party vendors or service providers.
Work Conditions
Salary: 5500-6300 EUR gross
