Hybrid (3 days on site/2 days from home)

Contract (9 months, possible extension)

Responsibilities:

Provide project management for Immunization Repository Consolidation a large scale, complex, high profile and high-risk OPS I&IT initiative
Ensure project deliverables meet clients business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks
Interact with senior staff within the ministry and with external partners and manage relationships
Lead organizational development, strategy development, business planning, and ministry funding requests.
Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan

Must-Haves:

Experience leading integrated projects, managing interdependent initiatives and high visibility transformational delivery of services
Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Proven experience in using Planview to accurately record and manage project financials
Demonstrated ability to closely track project resource requests and allocations to ensure alignment with project needs.
Prepare business transformation and adoption plans, lead and plan testing activities and change management activities with the business and program
Manage the transition to support and the future service model
