About the position
Are you passionate about digital marketing or web design? Join our dynamic team in Lisbon, offering top-level support to users worldwide! We're looking for French and English speakers who thrive on helping others succeed with online solutions.
Your Role:
- Guide customers via phone, email, and chat with prompt, effective solutions
- Assist users with account, website, or technical queries
- Explain complex concepts with clarity and empathy
- Provide feedback and help optimize the support experience
- Collaborate closely with your international team
Your Profile:
- Fluent in both French and English (required)
- Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new digital skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service is a plus
- Available for full-time, on-site work in Lisbon, Monday-Friday, 06:00-22:00 (rotating shifts)
- Saturdays and Sundays off
- Early shifts? We cover your Uber (up to 25) to start at 06:00!
