Job Title: Remote B2B Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client goals
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor account performance and address issues promptly and effectively
Provide regular updates and proactive communication to clients
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a B2B Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
