Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact team within a large-scale international organization in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process modeling, business analysis, and agile delivery practices. This role demands an expert capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while supporting the full lifecycle of project delivery. Candidates must have a minimum of 11 years of IT-related experience and be available for interviews within 10 working days of proposal submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business model and process analysis, including BPMN and UML modeling

• Analyze and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

• Support data analysis and data modeling for information systems

• Perform risk assessments and assist in drafting business cases, project charters, and security plans

• Contribute to the definition and validation of Test Plans and Test Cases

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners in agile environments

• Ensure DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline alignment across all project phases

• Deliver high-level presentations and clearly document findings and solutions

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 11 years of professional IT-related experience

• Strong expertise in:

  • Business analysis and modeling using UML and BPMN

  • Data analysis and data modeling

  • Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices

  • Software development methodologies and lifecycle

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with large administrative and organizational processes

• Previous use of tools such as:

  • Balsamiq Wireframes

  • ARIS (Software AG)

  • Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

  • GitHub

  • ServiceNow

• Familiarity with project management methodologies: PM² and PM² Agile

Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must hold at least one of the following:

• BPMN 2.0

• OMG Certified Expert in BPM (OCEB)

• OMG Certified UML Professional

• BABOK

• ITIL 4

• PM² certification

• Agile Certified Professional (IIBA)

Additional Information

• Only EU citizens will be considered for this position

• Consultants must reside in or be willing to relocate to Belgium

• On-site presence required three days per week

• Remote work from outside Belgium is not permitted

• Consultants must initiate the Personal Security Clearance process prior to the assignment start date

• CVs must be in Europass format, clearly highlighting experience and technologies used
