HR Specialist

Are you a people person?

We're looking for a HR Specialist, for an international company, leader in water market.

Role will be based in Poznan, Poland, for 1 year.

Functions:

Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
Administer health and life insurance programs
Implement training and development plans
Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Monitor budgets by department
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives.
Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.

Requirements:

Diploma in HR, Psychology or Business Studies
Min. 3 years in an independent HR Specialist position
Experience of working with both White Collars (managers) and Blue Collars (manual workers).
Experience of working with logistics and transport (drivers) would be an advantage
Knowledge of Polish labour law
Experience in preparing payroll
Qualities: assertiveness and self-confidence
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Polish native speaker
English level advanced
