Our team comprises over 500 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 3 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct in-depth research on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit to find viral video content;
• Collaborate with other researchers to generate and explore topic ideas for videos;
• Analyze competitors and their video content to identify trends and opportunities;
• Participate in regular brainstorming sessions with the team;
• Review the performance of our edited videos and draw actionable conclusions;
• Prepare performance reports and track key data to evaluate how our content compares to competitors.

What We Expect:

• Passion for and understanding of viral content and social media trends;
• Good communication skills and a creative mindset;
• Analytical thinking and a strong desire to learn new things;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to take initiative and complete tasks on time;
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages (written and spoken);
• Experience in content creation (e.g. scripting, filming, editing) would be considered an advantage;
• Experience in a similar research role would be considered an advantage.

Compensation: We offer a salary package with a fixed gross salary ranging from 1500 to 2000 EUR per month.
