We’re looking for

RavenPack has a Full-time position for a Bilingual Receptionist in sunny Marbella. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, in writing and speaking.

The successful candidate will work across the organization and, also, independently. You will report directly to the Office Manager and will interact with the whole company to ensure the smooth running of the operations related to the office. Your working hours will be from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be flexible and must occasionally cover reception from 10:00AM until 7:00PM to cover colleagues' holidays.

Only candidates with EU legal working status will be considered.

Responsibilities


  • Providing an excellent first point of contact service to our employees and external visitors

  • Receiving and transferring internal and external phone calls

  • Arranging conferences, meetings, or travel reservations for office personnel

  • Managing meeting rooms, hotdesks and the reception area to make sure that these are tidy and clean at all times to an impeccable standard

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties and assisting with general queries

  • Overseeing corporate apartments (contracts, cleanings, maintenance, check-ins & check-outs)

  • Tracking and obtaining invoices of purchases

  • Assisting Office Manager with internal company events for the team

  • Overseeing office stock and company merchandise inventory

  • Managing courier bookings and parcel deliveries to the office, ensuring correct distribution across the company



Requirements:


  • 100% Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Excellent all-round administrative abilities

  • Proactive with a can-do attitude and confident working independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work with deadlines

  • Possess good interpersonal skills

  • High-level Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, Gmail and Google Sheets, comfortable with computers in general

  • Good all-round multi-tasker

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone, email manners and strong organizational skills

  • Own car and driver's license strongly desirable

  • Previous reception experience in a similar role is required
