π― Your Responsibilities:
π Handle sensitive and confidential customer information professionally
β±οΈ Meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency
𧩠Solve problems and provide thoughtful, customer-focused solutions
π Keep track of KPIs and help your team achieve service goals
π€ Collaborate with your team and adapt to changing workloads and order volumes
π― Work independently with minimal supervision, delivering accurate and timely results

What You Bring:
π΅π± Native/fluent Polish (C2) and fluent English (B2 or higher)
π§ Strong time management and attention to detail
π Ability to make decisions independently and accurately
π οΈ Proactive problem-solving with a client-first mindset
π Enthusiasm for meeting KPIs and performance goals
π» Familiarity with SAP and back-office tools is a plus (training provided)
π Discretion and comfort working in a highly confidential environment
