Area Sales Manager (Lahore) - Medical Devices

About the position

Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets within agreed timelines
  • Stock/expiry monitoring at institutional, customer, and distributor levels
  • Implementation of marketing strategies and plans
  • Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or Pakistan market
  • Building & maintaining strong & credible relationships with the c-suite of the respective customers
  • Visiting clinics, hospitals, and other institutes to collect market feedback and build product advocacy to develop sales
  • Continuously improve product, disease, market knowledge, and promotion skills through self-reading and attending all relevant trainings assigned by the Management
  • Effective & productive database sales call
  • Corporate image building with ethics and behavior
  • In-depth knowledge of customers and large account profiles of their territory & update when required
  • Preparation/recommendations for tender business
  • Maintaining existing Large accounts
  • Regular reporting on day-to-day activities
  • Additional tasks assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

  • University degree (in science / related field/Lab) or a Marketing degree with an aptitude for medical/technical information
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Understanding of the medical device industry
  • Medical device product knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, powerpoint)
