Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementations Consultant with a strong grasp of hospitality operations and systems thinking. You will lead the setup, configuration, integration, and optimization of ERP and CRM tools used across our operations, cleaning, guest experience, and finance teams.
This is a hands on role ideal for someone who understands ERP CRM platforms, knows how to connect tools using APIs and automation, and enjoys working closely with cross functional teams to streamline and systemize processes.
Key Responsibilities
ERP CRM Implementation
- Lead the configuration of CRM ERP platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, or similar tools
- Customize workflows, automation, dashboards, and user permissions
- Ensure alignment with business processes in operations, cleaning, finance, and guest support
- Train users and provide documentation for onboarding and long term support
Systems Integration
- Connect and sync data between the core system and tools like:
- Pricelabs (dynamic pricing)
- Tidy or Breezeway (cleaning management)
- Enso Connect (smart locks)
- SiteMinder or Guesty (PMS and OTA management)
- VOIP and telephony platforms
- Build and manage integrations using APIs, Zapier, Make com, or custom scripts
AI Driven Process Optimization
- Identify and propose opportunities where AI tools, automated decision making, and machine learning enhanced processes can improve guest experience, pricing strategies, or internal operations
- Collaborate with tech and operations teams to pilot and scale AI powered solutions where relevant
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and no code AI platforms that could benefit the business
Documentation and Training
- Map digital workflows and system architectures
- Maintain user guides, technical documentation, and SOPs for scalable knowledge sharing
- Support change management and user adoption for all tools rolled out
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 plus years of hands on ERP CRM implementation experience
- Strong experience with low code no code platforms, automation, and API integration
- Familiarity or curiosity in AI driven solutions such as intelligent chatbots, smart workflows, and process mining
- Proven ability to work cross functionally and communicate with both tech and non tech stakeholders
- Hospitality or property management system experience is a plus
Bonus Experience
- Zoho (CRM, Books, Inventory, Projects, People, Analytics)
- Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot, Monday com
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier AI integrations, or Make AI agents
- Smart lock integration (Enso), pricing tools (Pricelabs), channel managers (SiteMinder, Guesty)
