Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analytics Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. As an Analytics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our company make informed decisions and achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance and efficiency

- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights

- Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions

- Design and maintain data models and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency of data

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and provide recommendations for improvement

- Train and mentor other team members on data analysis techniques and tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
