Job Title: Territory Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1600 USD
Work Schedule: Full Time: Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 9 PM; Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM; Sunday, 11 AM to 6 PM (EST)

About the Company:

The team coordinates with third-party broker networks to identify and qualify potential franchisees, managing territory checks and brand availability across the U.S.
Position Overview:
The Territory Coordinator plays a crucial operational role by managing territory checks sent by broker networks to determine if a brand can sell in a specific location. This position involves reviewing internal maps, responding promptly via email or form links, and logging data with precision. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working independently during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review territory check requests submitted via email.
- Identify the U.S. state or region based on the zip code or area description.
- Consult internal Google Drive maps to determine brand availability in the requested territory.
- Respond to brokers using templates or form links, based on the brands registration and availability.
- Accurately log check data in a Google Spreadsheet, including:
- Broker name and network.
- Brand requested.
- Territory details.
- Time of check.
- Outcome of the check.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Comfortable working with Gmail, Google Sheets, and internal tools (training provided).
- Able to follow documented processes with accuracy.
- Available to work during the specified evening and weekend hours in the EST time zone.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
- Familiarity with U.S. geography or zip code/state systems.
- Excellent written communication using pre-approved templates.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling high-volume email.
