English ESL Teacher

We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

Job details

Teach English Literature, General English and English Reading to students
Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers

Requirements

Salary and benefits

Monthly Salary of 17,000 to 23,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
Flight Reimbursement: Up to RMB 8,000 annually

Annual Leave: 5 Days
Fully Paid Sick Leave: 3 Days per year
Contract Renewal Bonus: Up to 50% of monthly salary (Based on annual performance)
