Your Role as a Customer Advisor

As an Estonian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Estonian-speaking users. Your main goal will be to provide professional support for their product and service inquiries, ensuring they have a smooth and highly satisfying experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Front-Line Support: Provide top-tier assistance for our client's products and services, aiming for consistently high customer satisfaction.
  • System Navigation: Efficiently use CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools to meet our customers' specific needs.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Connect with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, offering timely and accurate help.
  • Query Resolution: Quickly resolve customer inquiries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), using our extensive knowledge base and established procedures.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Team Collaboration: Work actively with team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the collective knowledge to improve overall service quality.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and industry trends to provide expert advice.

  • Multilingual: Fluent in Estonian (C1-C2) and fluent in English (B2-C1), both verbally and in writing.
